Saloon Sleuths: Cracking the Card Code

Badger and Yote sat in a cozy corner of the old country saloon, the warm glow of oil lamps casting flickering shadows on the wooden walls. The saloon was filled with the faint hum of conversation and the clinking of glasses, but the two friends were deep in thought, focused on their latest challenge. A deck of cards lay spread out before them, each card carefully placed with purpose.
Yote scratched his chin, eyes narrowing as he studied the row of five cards on the table: the 7 of Clubs, 7 of Diamonds, 2 of Hearts, 8 of Spades, and 4 of Hearts. “I’m thinking of one of these cards,” Yote had told Badger earlier, a playful glint in his eye. “Think you can figure out which one?”

Badger, ever the problem solver, grinned back. “Let’s give it a shot,” he said, adjusting his suspenders. “Hit me with the clues.”
Yote laid out the puzzle:
The value of my card is a prime number.
The values of my two neighbors add up to a multiple of 3.
My card is next to a card that is next to the 2 of Hearts.
Badger’s eyes sparkled with focus as he sifted through the clues, piecing them together like a puzzle in his mind. After a few minutes of careful thought, he slammed his paw down on the table and pointed to the answer.
Do you know which card it is?
